Shipping policy

Delivery, postage and handling charges are applied at checkout as they are calculated on the weight of your order. Delivery is via Australia Post and time frames are as per their standard schedule. Please allow up to 3 days for order processing prior to shipping.

We deliver Australia wide, we do not deliver internationally.

Some items cannot be delivered, such as live plants and bonsai, as well as some other items which will be noted as Pick-up Only in the product desciption.
